Renee Duncan

My goal as your realtor is to take my many years of negotiations of corporate deals any my degree in business and marketing and provide my clients with the very best experience possible. With over 26 million in closed real estate deals over the last three years, I use this experience to anticipate the upcoming challenges and navigate a sale experience that truly will exceed your expectations.

This is a family business where my brokerage is a representation of my strong desire to serve my clients. With the homes I list, we are here to assist in packing, providing lawn service or helping to stage and present a home. This is a full-service business and all my extra efforts will be given to clients at no extra charge. As with buyers we work as a team, so we are available to show homes on your schedule. Buyers will even be given credit as closing to reimburse the cost of the home inspection. Whatever our clients’ needs are, we will go out of our way to consistently deliver service that truly will amaze.

Bill Sorrells
My name is Bill Sorrells, and I began my career in real estate in 2006, after operating a contracting business for twenty- six years in the greater Atlanta area. I have valuable experience and skill in negotiating contracts for both buyers and sellers. Whether you are a first time home buyer, looking to move up or down-size, or maybe you have taken on the responsibility of handling matters for an estate, I have extensive experience in each, and would appreciate the opportunity to help you obtain your goal. I am a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors and have a deep appreciation for the code of ethics for which a member is held. Lisa Bailey
Lisa was born and raised in Atlanta, GA., and understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in the Atlanta metro area with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. She was educated at Clayton State University, in Morrow, GA, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Healthcare Management. She has spent the last 12 years working in a sales capacity. Her exceptional knowledge of the housing market in Walton, Rockdale, Gwinnett, Newton, Henry, Dekalb and Fulton counties coupled with her expertise having lived and worked throughout the area with her husband, make Lisa the unequivocal go-to resource for all your real estate needs.

My name is Lou Bishop. I am proud to be a part of the team at Exit Integrity Realty in Loganville, Georgia. Melanie is a full-time professional realtor with Exit Integrity Realty. She has a passion for real estate and helping her clients reach their home buying and selling goals. After working in property management for several years, Melanie decided to take the leap from residential rentals to residential buyers and sellers. Melanie's experience has prepared her to provide "White Glove Service" with honesty and integrity to all of her clients. Lashawn Deal
I’m a professional realtor with Exit Integrity reality and I am a licensed in the district of Columbia, the state of Georgia and Maryland. I am a Preferred and Featured Realtor with two non-profit organizations that help homebuyers with down payment assistance. My areas of concentration are the Atlanta Metro area and the Northeast southeast region of Georgia. For the past 14 years, I’ve sold multiple properties and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers, as well as assisting sellers through the Short Sale process, which is my specialty. My certifications and expertise in Short Sales and Foreclosures Resources, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and 203K Specialist allow me to work closely with sellers and buyers with unique needs. I hold a designation as a Graduate, Realtor Institute with the GRI which is presented by National Association of Realtors and highly recognized on a national, local, and state level. Realtors with GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Earning the designation is a way to stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as a professional with expertise in these areas. I have begun this journey Real Estate after buying my second home in 2005. It was a leap of FAITH! I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. Robin Thompson

Most recently, I listed my Associate Brokers license with Exit Integrity Realty, where I'm focused on continuing my education so that I can bring the very best to my clients, customers and builders.
