My mother passed away, and we had her house to sell. Bill contacted me and, after meeting him and discussing my Mom's house, we agreed to let him help us sell it. Bill was very, very responsive to all of our questions and needs. He was instrumental in identifying weak areas in the house that needed to be taken care of in order to help the sell-- and then went further to recommend several contractors in each area (painting, cleaning, roofing, etc) that needed work in the house. We followed his recommendations, and all turned out to be very good contractors. Bill's research on pricing in the area turned out to be right on target, and his strategy to achieve the best possible price for the house was as well. At all times of the process I felt very well taken care of. Bill is very professional and always positive. He can tell you ''like it is'' with a house and what you need to do without making you feel badly that the house needs the work it does! As we had offers on the house, Bill took a great deal of time to explain what each offer meant and the pros and cons of accepting/rejecting/countering the offer. As we moved along to closing, Bill explained everything every step of the way, so I always knew what was going on and what to expect, I have dealt a few times with other realtors-- and Bill is the best I have worked with.
